Debugging for Emergency Device Non-leveling Operation
When this item of debugging is conducted, the elevator should lie in the middle floor.
a,Close the main switch of the elevator control system;

b,When the car is in the middle floor and leaves from the opening area, the external grid main
power should be cut off.
c,Observe whether the operation of the emergency device is normal. If the safety, the door
lock and the maintenance loops are normal, the digital tube displays 1∩ and then displays
the operating current value.
d,If the current value of the digital tube is not within 25~40, then adjust the blue adjustable
potentiometer on the main board to make the operating current be within 25~40.
f,When the elevator reaches the leveling position, the digital tube displays PC and ALP stops
providing the wench and the tractor with power and outputs the opening voltage to open the
door
